These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bbttours.com and any tour booked with Bluegrass Bourbon Tours LLC ("Bluegrass Bourbon Tours," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a tour or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking and Confirmation

Submitting the booking form on this website is a tour request, not a confirmed reservation. We will contact you to confirm availability, itinerary, pricing, and pickup details. Your tour is confirmed only when we have confirmed it with you directly and any required deposit has been received.

2. Pricing and Payment

Tour pricing depends on group size, vehicle, duration, and the destinations selected. The price quoted at the time of confirmation is the price you pay. Distillery tour and tasting fees, meals, and gratuities are not included unless your written itinerary states otherwise. Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or change your tour, contact us as soon as possible at 502-509-1095 or [email protected]. Cancellation terms, including any deposit that may be non-refundable, will be provided to you in writing at the time of booking.

We may cancel or modify a tour due to weather, road conditions, vehicle problems, distillery closures, driver availability, or other circumstances outside our control. If we cancel, we will offer you an alternative date or a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled tour.

4. Conduct and Responsible Enjoyment

Our tours involve visits to distilleries and wineries where alcohol is served. All guests consuming alcohol must be 21 or older and may be asked for valid identification. Each venue sets its own tasting policies and may refuse service at its discretion.

We may end a tour early, without refund, if a guest's conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive to other guests, our drivers, or venue staff. No smoking or vaping is permitted in our vehicles. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to a vehicle.

5. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

Distillery and winery visits involve walking, stairs, uneven surfaces, and industrial environments. You participate at your own risk.

Bluegrass Bourbon Tours is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, or conduct of any distillery, winery, hotel, restaurant, or other third-party venue visited during a tour. To the fullest extent permitted by Kentucky law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any tour is limited to the amount you paid for that tour. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost travel time or missed connections.

6. Accessibility and Special Requests

Tell us about mobility needs, dietary restrictions, or other accommodations when you book and we will do our best to arrange them. Some historic distillery properties have limited accessibility that is outside our control.

7. Photography

We may photograph tours for use on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, tell your driver and we will respect that.

8. SMS Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive text messages from Bluegrass Bourbon Tours LLC.

• Program description: Booking confirmations, tour reminders including pickup time and location, driver and vehicle details on the day of your tour, replies to your questions, and occasional messages about seasonal tour dates.
• Message frequency: Varies by booking. Most guests receive fewer than 10 messages per tour.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; your mobile carrier may.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message, or call us at 502-509-1095, or email [email protected].
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book a tour without agreeing to receive text messages. Tell us and we will call or email instead.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your use of our text messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The terms in effect when you book are the terms that apply to your tour.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

12. Age Restriction

Our tours and our text messaging program are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages from Bluegrass Bourbon Tours LLC. You must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol at any distillery or winery we visit. We do not knowingly collect personal information from, or send text messages to, anyone under 18.
